Like most businesses in early 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic presented unprecedented challenges to our policies and operations. As we sought to provide our customers with a safe dining experience, sanitary stations had been set up beginning March 2020 in compliance with the Government of Canada’s national response to the pandemic. As restrictions began to ease around June 2021 and finally lifted in September of the same year, masks are no longer mandatory for customers who wish to dine at Ami Tea & Sub locations.
