Because our products are made-to-order and perishable, changes or cancellations may be limited once preparation begins. If you request a cancellation prior to preparation, we may be able to cancel in our discretion; however, we do not guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated.
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, returns are generally not accepted once an item has been prepared; however, if there is a legitimate issue with your order (for example, you received the wrong item or an item was materially defective at the time of pickup/delivery), we may, at our discretion and subject to verification, offer a resolution such as a remake, replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund as appropriate.
