What do you mean by “community partnership”?

A community partnership is any collaboration that helps bring people together around a local cause, event, or shared audience — like school clubs, nonprofits, community groups, small businesses, or local creators/KOLs working with us on events, fundraisers, pop-ups, promotions, or member perks.

What’s included in your scope of community engagement?

Our scope usually includes:
-  Discounted catering/bulk orders for events and meetings
- Member-perk registrations (discounts for members at selected locations)
- Creator/KOL collaborations (content, limited promos, co-hosted activations)
- Pop-ups / community events (when scheduling allows)
- Sponsorship consideration (limited, selective)

We’ll always align to what’s realistic based on staffing, timing, and location capacity.

Do you offer free sponsorships?

Sometimes — but rarely. Most support is provided as discounts, bundle perks, or in-kind add-ons (rather than fully free orders). We try to be fair and consistent while still supporting community initiatives when we can.

How do we apply or get registered?

Use the Community Partnership Inquiry Form and select your organization type (nonprofit, school club, creator/KOL, etc.).

Fill in the event details, what you’re requesting, and any supporting links.

That form is also how you can request to be registered for member-only perks at selected locations.

What information should we include to help you approve faster?

Include as much of the below as you can:
- Who you are (org/club name, mission, link/socials)
- What you’re planning (event type, date, expected attendance)
- What you’re requesting (discounted catering, sponsorship, collaboration, member perks)
- Your budget range (even a rough estimate helps)
- Any visibility/deliverables (logo placement, shoutout, creator posts, etc.)

Do you offer discounts for club members or followers?

Yes — approved groups may be eligible for member-only discounts at selected locations. We’ll confirm:
- Which locations are participating
- The discount type/terms
- How member verification works (simple and practical)

Registration and approval are required so it stays consistent for staff and fair for everyone.

Do creators/KOLs get discounts or collaboration perks?

They can, yes — especially when it’s genuinely community-driven and aligned with our brand. KOL/creator perks are typically structured as:

What do you look for when reviewing sponsorship or partnership requests?

- Any mutual value (visibility, partnership plan, or ongoing relationship)

How early should we reach out?

As early as possible — especially for bigger events or anything involving collaboration. A good rule:

- 2–4+ weeks for partnerships/sponsorship considerations
- 5–10+ days for larger catering/bulk orders

Short notice doesn’t automatically mean “no,” but it limits what we can do.

How will we hear back, and what happens after approval?

After you submit the form, our team will review it and follow up by email with:
- What we can offer (discount, perk, bundle, or sponsorship decision)
- Any terms (locations, dates, member verification, deliverables if applicable)
- Next steps for ordering or registration
