About the dish

Southern Vietnamese satay has that signature sweet–spicy flavour — chili, garlic, a bit of peanut, and just enough oil to make it glossy and bold. It’s the kind of satay you’ll find brushed onto grilled chicken in Saigon shops or mixed into quick street-side sandwiches.

Our Blazin’ Satay Chicken Bánh Mì builds on that same flavour, using tender grilled chicken coated in our house-made sweet–spicy satay. The heat is warm, not harsh, and the sweetness gives it that Southern-style finish that pairs perfectly with chicken.

Inside the baguette, you get the full bánh mì lineup: pickled carrots, daikon, cucumbers, cilantro, and a light spread. It’s crunchy, juicy, sweet, spicy — a bold Saigon-inspired chicken sub with clean, modern flavours.
