Southern-style Vietnamese satay isn’t all about heat — it’s that sweet–spicy mix made from chili, garlic, peanuts, and a bit of oil that gives it a glossy finish. It’s the kind of satay you’ll see brushed on grilled meats or mixed into noodle bowls across Saigon, full of flavour but still easy to enjoy.

Our Blazin’ Satay Beef Bánh Mì uses that same Southern satay style, paired with tender Canadian Prairies beef. The beef is cooked until slightly caramelized, then coated in our house-made sweet–spicy satay that brings warmth without being overpowering.
