About the dish

Golden tofu takes inspiration from the Taiwanese “tian bu la” style — those soft, bouncy tofu pieces you see at night-market stalls, soaking up flavour and turning a beautiful golden colour. We take that idea and make it fully vegan: tofu that’s lightly seasoned, pan-seared until the outside gets a gentle crisp, while the inside stays soft and pillowy.

Our Golden Tofu Veggies bowl pairs that tofu with fresh vegetables and a clean, savoury sauce that lets the tofu shine. It’s simple, satisfying, and plant-based without trying too hard — just good tofu, cooked well, with bright veggies for balance.
